Bárbara Henriques has been part of the ForPhysio team at the Caldas da Rainha unit since 2025. She holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the School of Health of Leiria. In addition to her core training in physiotherapy, she also holds a degree in Psychology, which allows her to adopt a distinctive approach grounded in a holistic view of rehabilitation, focused on the individual, their context, and the personal improvement of each client. She believes in evidence-based intervention, combined with a close and empathetic therapeutic relationship, promoting functional recovery, autonomy, and quality of life.
