Maria João has been part of the ForPhysio team since April 2025. She currently works as a massage therapist at the Balance by ForPhysio Health Unit in Caldas da Rainha. She is trained in therapeutic massage, relaxation massage, sports massage, and manual lymphatic drainage using the Vodder method, certified by the Portuguese Institute of Naturology (IPN) since 2022. With a focus on well-being and functional recovery, she integrates specialized techniques to relieve muscle tension, promote deep relaxation, and stimulate lymphatic circulation safely and effectively.
